Mohamed Adam “Bodey” – The Man Who Kept His Promise

Mohamed Adam, famously known as “Bodey,” began his baibalaa career with TC Sports Club — a team that consistently reached the quarterfinals but struggled to break past that stage. Even during those early years, Bodey stood out as one of the most promising and talented players on the field. His skills did not go unnoticed, and soon, top clubs were vying for his signature.

After several seasons with TC, Bodey moved on to some of the biggest names in the game — including BG Sports Club and Buru Sports Club — where he found championship success. But even as he lifted trophies with other teams, he never forgot the club where it all began.

Bodey had made a promise to TC Sports Club and its loyal fans: he would return and help them win the title they longed for. True to his word, in 2011, he came back.

At that time, TC had managed to reach the semifinals but had never made it to the final stage. With Bodey’s return, everything changed. That year, he led them to their first-ever final — and fulfilled his promise by bringing home the championship.

His performance in that tournament was nothing short of legendary. In the semifinal clash against the formidable Teenage Juniors, Bodey almost single-handedly carried his team to victory. Then in the final against Club Zefrol, his defensive display was outstanding — tactical, and rock solid.

Bodey’s name is etched among the greats of baibalaa. A player of rare loyalty, leadership, and talent — a true icon of the sport. Ask any baibalaa fan, and they’ll agree: Bodey is, without question, one of the finest to ever play the game.
